Terms & Conditions for
Bookings with Norwest Corporate Cars
By placing the reservations with Norwest Corporate Cars you
acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and
conditions.

Making
Bookings
|
|
All bookings have to be made atleast 12 hours prior to the pickup time
via email/phone/booking form.
|
|
Vehicle
Damage
|
|
Passengers travelling in the limousine will be responsible if there
was any drink spilling or any other damage to the vehicle. Customer will be
charged minimum of AUD100.
|
|
Uncontrollable
Acts
|
|
Norwest Corporate Cars is not responsible for the circumstances that
are beyond our control e.g. traffic congestion, accidents, weather delays,
flight delays etc. Our chauffeurs try to get to the pickup address at least
10 minutes prior to the booking time.

|
Lost
and Damaged Items
|
|
Norwest Corporate Cars are not responsible for items left behind in
the vehicle, are lost or damaged because of customer negligence. Norwest
Corporate Cars reserve the right to charge the delivery fee to return the
items, if the items were found.

|
Cancelation
Policy
|
|
Norwest Corporate Cars requests that reservation cancellations be
received by email/phone, no less than 6 hours prior to scheduled pickup time,
or this will incur a 100% charges for transfer.
All Deposits are Non-Refundable. |

Change
Policy
|
|
Norwest Corporate Cars requires that all changes are received by
telephone at least 90 minutes prior to pickup time. Last minutes changes will
incur waiting time.

|
No Show
Policy
|
|
Our
chauffeurs will wait at the airport 30 minutes for Domestic arrivals & 60
minutes for International arrivals are included in the original cost of
airport transfers. Please contact us within the
appropriate time limits, if you would like to extend the time before you
are able to meet your driver, failing which we shall consider it as a
"no-show" & full transfer charges are then applicable.
